Going to need quite a few who has the best price on French 75mm field guns. In the USA

I drew up a M1909 76mm Mountain Gun for a friend of mine, and 3D printed it. Sure, it was a Russian-use gun (and hence stolen and used by the Greeks, Finns, Germans, etc.), but it was designed by the French.

If you're interested, give me a holler at:

I presume this means spoked, not rubber, wheels?

D6 Junkie23 Jan 2022 4:53 p.m. PST

Yes, spoked. Thanks Saber, the Quality casting gun is a good price

Be mindful, QC is an older company and its' offerings are "true 15s." As such, their items might well not be compatable with figures from newer lines.

Before you order a megapile of anything, do some test orders to see what works with whom.

Gaming Models, $5.00 USD each. That's for 15mm models.

Many of the Gaming Models offerings can be considered pre-Quality Castings guns and vehicles and were redone over time by Chuck who originally owned QC. I use both QC, GM, Command Decision and FOW items mixed in my armies. The French 75mm is not a bad piece. I use it with my 1st and second edition Battlefront/Flames of War gun crews.

Gaming Models does a pretty wide range of vehicles and guns. Craig the owner/designer is a really nice guy to boot. He actually made me a single barrel 20mm AA gun on a wheeled mount ala Saving Private Ryan.

jsmcc9124 Jan 2022 2:02 p.m. PST

Sounds like a nice piece Nick. You have a picture?

Jay,
I don't have a specific photo, but the gun is part of the group I have for sale in the marketplace.

You're looking for 15mm, right? There are some on Ebay. They are 4 French 75's, but advertised as "WWI Allied Artillery." They have spoked wheels and are unpainted and unassembled.
