How tall are the infantry from Khurasan's Mongol range? Thinking about ordering some and wondering how they'd look next to my Song (Sung) foot from Essex. Judging by the photos they're a skinnier, leggier sort, but if the overall size is reasonably close that needn't matter. |

You deserve an answer, my friend, which I can't provide. My experience of Essex and Khurasan in other eras is that they don't mix well – what you say in your post is about right on the style of sculpt – and many Khurasan ranges are a good mm or 2 taller than Essex. Khurasan use different sculptors for different ranges, so the Mongol range might be the exception, I don't know. There is a figure-comparison forum somewhere on TMP. |

Thank you. I asked the same question on another forum, and was told the Khurasan Mongols were quite a bit taller than the Essex ones, so sadly it looks like I'll be passing on some otherwise quite attractive figures. |
