Next in the series of Neil Thomas' scenarios I am re-fighting is the second of his ‘flank attack' games: this one a highly simplified version of Leuthen. Please see link for details:

I like OHW very much and the scenarios are very good , if simple. Sometimes , however , the scenario does not translate to all periods. For example, if the scenario is based on a firearms period and you try to play it with ancients, it may not work.

@mildbill,

yes, agreed. I haven't been convinced so far about some of the applicability of the scenarios to C20 warfare, for example, without some additional work.
