CZ says they are now producing Colt SAA revolvers:

Beware, the dealer locator is meadow muffins. I tried to use it. But, they list so many out of business dealers in my state that it's near worthless.

Some out of business dealers listed in my area as well. I would just find a reputable dealer and ask if they can order one. They are probably all coming in through one importer.

Yowza! At $1,800 USD each, I'm thinking they don't plan on selling too many of them.

$1,800 USD to $2,000 USD or so is the going price. People who collect Colts know what they cost and pay crazy money for them.

At the dawn of the 20th century, i.e. 1900, a $20 USD gold piece, basically one ounce of gold, would buy a Colt SAA.

That same ounce of gold will still buy a Cold SAA, more or less. Spot gold this morning was about $1,938 USD last I saw.
