I managed to get in the first play test of the new scenario pack for Stars & Lasers the other night.

It was a great fun game with a few tense moments, still more playtesting to go and maybe a little tweaking, but a good promising start.

I have put up a battle report on my site -

"( I don't have a ship model for the Mako so I am just using one of my Bio-ships, but I think it looks like a weird creature so it will do )"

Too right!

Had me go to your site just to see if there were details on construction; I assumed 'nid parts, but don't know the more recent figures enough to work 'em out myself. Still, handsome (in a bilious way… ;->=

I thought a proper nail-bite on the AAR. Thanks, as always, for sharing!

@TheBeast the Bio-ships were great fun to build, and you are correct they are all made from Nid bits, and lots of Milliput!!

I never thought about doing a how-to or even take any pictures while making them which is a shame, but who knows there might be some more Bio-ships on the way…

I will definitely be building a proper ship / creature for this scenario, as it really needs tentacles 😉

Glad you liked the AAR, the game was very nail-biting!
