Does anyone know the main color of the natural stone buildings and bridges in Belgium – specifically the Ardennes area for the Battle of the Bulge region?

I'm curious to know if they are a natural, taupe/beige/brownish color, more of a gray, or a mix of colors?

Thinking about making some buildings and bridges, or purchasing and painting some, and would like to know what color(s) would be best for replicating those from the region.

Looks like grey or reddish brown.

Stone most likely comes from some quarry real close, look at what stone buildings are and you should have the color.

I would surmise that most stone bridges are prewar, so contemporary pictures should be nearly spot on.

It might not be everywhere the same stones.
