I disliked the Hollywood version of Tolkein's masterpieces.

The more that I watch them, the less I like the LOTR Trilogy. They left out way too much important and thrilling content to add crap like the Arwen parts for example. The Hobbit was TERRIBLE from the beginning. I thought Peter Jackson understood military tactics at least a little. The Elves leaping over the Dwarf phalanx into the Orc horde has got to be one of the stupidest moves ever (in made up history).

Say what you want about the script, but the casting and production design was spot on for me.

Hobbit…less said the better tbh.
