I am getting back into the hobby after a long absence. I love the idea of the plastic 'modular' minis in the Stargrave box set and I was wonder if anyone can recommend similar sci-fi or modern minis in 28mm?

Thanks.

Mantic's Reb faction for their SF game have pinged on my radar, but have only seen pics and know next to nothing about the game they're from.

Victoria Miniatures and Anvil Industries. The two manufacturers' parts can be used together.

Sedition Wars has a set of humans and monsters.

Some terrain too, including very nice looking, bulkhead doors.

I also enjoy the Stargrave figures and am interested any suggestions of comparable alien figures.

Mantic's Rebs are fun but they're not modular at all. Just resin one or two piece kits. Deadzone uses d8 dice pools and a map with 3" blocks for movement so there's no measurement or unclear positioning.
