I'm interested in gaming this 1939 conflict. Is there a miniatures game OR cardboard counter boardgame that both has the appropriate planes for and rules for gaming this battle? I haven't been able to find the planes so far for Blood Red Skies or Wings of Glory. Thanks for any ideas. |

Check Your Six has stats for most of the planes. |

The Fighting Wings system has data cards for all of the I-15/I-153/I-16 variants and (I believe) all of the relevant Japanese models. And Soviet bombers. The latest game in the Series is Wings of the Motherland. There's also just been a second edition of Buffalo Wings (the 1939-40 Winter War) which uses an introductory/fast play version of the system. It's a complex game, definitely detailed, and supported by a big online community with many online games. |

Bag the hun should do the trick. There was even an article about how to do it in their Christmas special a few years back. Joe |
