Another SCW gun question: the Republic purchased license built Bofors 37mm ATGs from Poland during the war.

Did these make it to the Republic, or were they intercepted at sea and used by the Nationalists?

I'm trying to add a little more flavor to my Getman Pak 37mm guns and Soviet 45mm guns.

According to Cordery, the Republic had Russian made M-30 37mm ATGs. This is an invaluable book.

I took a look at "Arms of the Spanish Republic". The Bofors 37mm is exhibited as a "spoil of war" so at least one got through. The books states that 28 had arrived by early 1938.

Regarding the Bohler 47/32 there is no mention of it.

Jeff,
Take a look at my marketplace ad. I have about two dozen SCW books for sale, including Bob Cordery's book. I've read them all, and at my age it's time to start selling things off.

Thanks, Nick. I seem to already own the books you have on offer, and there are some gems! An aspiring SCW student should take interest.
