link I wanted to play a game of soldiers just for fun. I broke out some old rules, wiped off the dust and threw some dice. |

Love it! Looks like one of my first tables when I was in my early teens. Thank the plastic lords for Airfix 1/72 figures, just could never get the paint to stick. |

Atlantic plastic is old school. Not as old school as Airfix, but now I'm dating myself! |

Brilliant. Reminds me of the first miniatures games I ever played. |

Love the shot, HandL! That looks like my current games, but yours is better looking! The first miniature game I played was when I was 10. Buddy and I lined up our WWII 1/72 plastics and tossed rubber balls at each other's forces. Played those 'rules' many many times. That was old old school. ;-) |

Old school is cool! 1/72 plastics are cool! Gaming with simple rules is cool! A nice table, nice figures and an interesting scenario are much better than most rules sets out there. Fun is the name of the game. |
