Here is some pictures of a ECW project i did, it took a few years, using a variety of different manufacturers. I am putting in some research time to start a thirty years war collection ,it is a conflict i have never put paint to, so hopefully 2022 will remedy that . All the troops are based on big red bat cavalry bases, and Simons Blog was a great inspiration for this collection.
First up the kings lifeguard made up of good old Redoubt miniatures, and still a favourite.

Must confess that I like the BigRedBat bases possibly too much; keep toying with rebasing my 15mm ECW onto them
