As the title say I'm trying to buy BFEII from Hotz Arworks but I keep getting an error when I try and checkout on PayPal. I get the message "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later", with a "Return to Merchant" button. I've tried several times and it's always the same. I tried emailing Chris Leach, using the email on another page on Hotz, but I've not had a reply. I believe Chris Leach posts on TMP so I thought I would try here to get some help. I'd love to give him $15 USD for a pdf of the rules. |

Chris also posts on the Colonial Wargaming Facebook Group. If Hotz is gone as some suspect, maybe he can get War-games Vault or another company to carry the rules. |

There is a new Facebook Group just for BFE2: Battles for Empire BFE2 Colonial Gaming. You should join. Chris checks it daily. |

My guess is that Paypal cancelled his account because of too many reversed charges for orders he didn't send. |

Sorry for the delay in seeing this. I periodically run into problems with TMP access… Anyway, Eric Hotz is basically no longer in the wargaming business at least not with regards to BFE. Please go to the FB group page for the rules and message me. I will gladly send you the rules.
