The good the bathroom yes the bathrooms. Maybe one good thing to come from COVID. Everyone I used was squeaky clean.

The bad to me time and location of BOD membership meeting. Why not have it on Sunday morning. Have a continental breakfast for the membership. Hold it in an area that holds more than 20 people. Free food might just draw some interest.

The ugly the Bataan death march between the gaming area and vendor area. Not good for some of our elder members. Heard some complaints on this. I liked it got my exercise in daily. Trying hard to find more ugly stuff.

The Great Jeff Kimmel who ran the vendor area. Another great guy who did an outstanding job with the setup of the vendors and provided us with a variety of products. It looked from my perspective the dealer hall was bustling. Thank you Jeff.

I agree about the distance needed to travel from one end to the other. Here are my positives though:

1. Parking. I arrived every day between 8-10AM. No problem getting a parking space.
2. Lighting. Every room I was in, no matter what size had excellent illumination. No problem seeing anything on a gamming table, in the dealer hall, etc.
3. Temperature. Again, no matter what size room I was in, how many other people were in the room, it was always very comfortable.
4. Registration. Forgot my barcode, didn't have app. Someone got me signed in and ready to go in less than 5 minutes. So thank you to the wonderful volunteers that made this event a very happy experience!

Rustycop and WarWizard: I agree on all your items. Enjoyed the con despite the walk. But I did get my 10,000 steps in every day!

Well done, Jeff.

Was there any sort of actual choice for where to locate vendor area relative to gaming areas?

Ha! True, the bathrooms were clean and tidy, well done to the hotel staff on that!

As for BoD meeting, hard for me to decide to miss an evening of gaming to go. I like the idea of doing it on a morning, maybe 8am? Breakfast and coffee would entice some, I'd even be willing to pay. Not for everyone, but I'd consider a donation, say for the coffee, cream and sugar for those inclined.

Suspect our doctors will love it that we walked. Got my exercise in on vaca, and can't complain about that. : )

Just an FYI, from Thursday at 11am to Sunday at 10am my iWatch said I walked 15.1 miles. That's without leaving the buildings.
