I recently made an order with Ground Zero Games during his 20% off sale. I asked if he could accomodate a special request, namely some reload missiles for the missile launchers carried by some of the figures I ordered, plus if feasible, some of the actual launcher tubes (so I could glue them to the backs of some of the figures as one shot missile launchers or reloads). He was willing, and custom cast me some of the reloads, plus the launchers. The extra charge was minimal (labor really). Plus he got the whole order out in 3 days! So once again, Jon at GZG goes above and beyond the call. Fantastic customer service. I anticipate ordering from him again soon. |

He ended up shipping via FedEx Economy, shipping cost was substantial as expected. That is the worst part about ordering from England, but being as there just aren't very many US-based miniatures companies these days… have to suck it up, unfortunately. But I should see the figs next week, instead of maybe in a month via USPS. |

It was Fedex, or USPS, I guess. At least with FedEx I have a decent chance of getting my package before the new year. :) But the price was kind of painful (37gbp I believe). |
