Here's a simple comparison of some 6mm Napoleonic figures: Irregular Miniatures vs Heroics & Ros, if anyone is interested: colgar6.blogspot.com/2021/11/6mm-irregular-vs-heroics-ros.html

I spoke to H&R at Salute this weekend and they said the 6mm Napoleonic range will be back in stock in the new year although it may as late as July – other smaller ranges will apparently be re-stocked first.

Thanks, Billy. It's good to know that H&R has plans to reintroduce their Napoleonics, even if it might be a little while yet.

Yon can aĺways send an emál to H&R for a small ̣rder so as to keep painting until the range is restocked.

Well it sounds to me like you found the Irregular Miniatures to be perfectly adequate for your needs – they are readily available – job done!

Andy at H&R did cast a good sized Nap order for me even when they were transitioning to their new quarters a while ago and they were not at full capacity. Even as they have slowly been coming back for the horse and musket eras, they remain a very good company to work with.

As is Irregular and I find that they mix pretty well with H&R as far as size goes.

Both of these established companies have great selections, good proportions for their figs, and IMO give the best massed troops appearance. Between the two of them, you can pretty much find anything you need with great personalized service.
