Suppose I wanted to create a new range of Orcs and Lizardmen from my Mountain Lair. Who would you recommend in the UK to do the mold making and casting for me? I know of Griffin and am going toget in touch with them. Anyone else doing contract casting? |

I've been with Griffin for ten years and I would never think of using any other company. |

Skytrex do a great casting service. Based in Loughborough, UK. Contact details on the contact sheet is outdated on the TMP website, but it's 01509 213789. Ask for Rey or Dave and they'll look after you |

Sorry, can't help, but would love to see some Sci-Fi Lizardmen with laser/blaster weapons, and some in spacesuits. |

Go with Griffin, they are excellent, when I was in business I swapped to them from another company and never regretted it!! Cheers Roger. |

There is also Peter Brown from the assault Group and Leon Pengilley from Pendraken. I have used Griffin they offer great service and quality but they charge for that. Give me a shout on fb if you want some advice |

Manufacturing jewellers have been my best resource. Although I'm not in the UK it is a fairly 'staid' industry in general. Thus they have capacity all the time and will belt out stuff within a week. As long as you are not requiring huge numbers (ie it is their sample making process that is most useful and cheap to amateurs). If you want 'permanent' moulds for repeat/ resale then perhaps the standard industry above is best. ~d |

If the The Assault Group stuff Pete produces is anything to go on then I would be torn between Griffin and Pete. Both excellent. Just Add Water Wargamoinjg and Painting Blog: link |
