Thanks Huscarle – those are nice. I think I passed by on their site after I saw so many undead!

Other sources of priests and friars. Old Glory Crusader Pilgrim set, Wargames Foundry Conquistadores, Gripping Beast monks, Irregular miniatures. The Spanish conquest of the New World can never have enough priests and friars. It was all about Gold, God and Honors.

Legionarius, I was actually thinking about starting a thread asking for sources of 25mm priests.

Glad to help!

I just came across these

These are nice too, maybe you can get just the priests as I do not think there were nuns among the conquistadores?

Bobgnar, you are correct. The nuns came much later.

I like the mixed priests and monks set from Perry Miniatures Crusades range. These are a bit later than the clergy associated with Viking ranges. One is wearing a hat, which seems like a good idea if you are trekking around out of doors. link Perry also has a set of Clerical Command with a priest on a donkey and an abbot riding a horse carrying a cross, as well as a bishop walking and a priest carrying a cross.
Reaper has a set of three clergy link
