From the early 80's, I managed to pick up this classic piece at last.

Video here;

I recently found that a product from that period (early 80's) is available on DTRPG. The 80's had some products that are very similar to what has been produced in the 2000's to 2020 -- things were not so different, it turns out. There are a number of products from that period that I would love to see photo's or a video of, just to scratch a 40+ year old itch.

I do not remember seeing this advertised within Dragon Magazine. Still, it's quite interesting to see it. Per the box label, it dates from 1983. Impressive for the time. Thanks for sharing the video. Cheers!

I'm sure that have the original catalogue somewhere up the attic.

I just did a Google search for the name and I found a bunch of really great reference sites with some very cool photographs. I wasn't aware that there were actually dedicated catalogues and companies that sold stonecast/resin terrain as far back as the early 1980s. Very cool!
