Greetings. I'm looking for figures for Russia, Germany & Austro-Hungarians preferably in 28mm. I'm looking specifically for 1914 weapons & uniforms.

I'm wondering also if there are some Russian Civil War minis (Whites?) that could work for Early War Russians?

Thanks for any tips.

Big Steve Age of Glory is your man. He carries Tsuba and the new WW1 from empress , all excellent figures.

Brigade Games also has a nice WW1 Eastern Front line including AHs, Russians and Germans that go well with Great War Miniatures.

Wee Wolf Miniatures has a good line of W.W. I Russians.

I purchased several packs a few years ago with the plan of expanding my W.W. I range into the Eastern Front.

Don't think it is going to happen, if interested we could make a deal. Let me know at pkenglish42 at verizon dot net.

I've got around 50 to 60 infantry/command with a few maxim guns. Also a pack of Great War Miniatures, German Ulhans Command (2 mounted figures).

Above stuff, Age of Glory (Empress Miniatures) and Brigade Games are great figures also. Great War Miniatures also.

If Old Glory was around I remember they had a line of figures for this area also.

Cerdic – great list and website. Thanks for sharing.

Old Glory still has their WWI range.

Foundry still lists their Great War figures. There are no Russians unfortunately. but the British. French. and Germans could be useful. The German are available in their very early uniforms. link

For anyone into 3D printing, there is a range of WW1 Russian figures in various uniforms, caps and poses on Wargaming3D. Here is one example:

And the final versions printed and painted:

Good looking figures.

Tip of the hat to the painter, love the Broomhandle Mauser holster on the officer. Great touch.

Lot of character in that lot.

Thank you, Oddball. The figures were easy to paint. Details such as buttons, etc were all prominent and crisp enough to paint easily.
