These online DM resources are new to me, so I thought they were worth sharing. I don't think they are meant to be an alternative to Roll 20 and running games fully remote. they are more for in person at the table games.

Initiative.sh is a command line interface and the journal file created is stored locally, so it may work offline. You can create new locations, NPC's or gear on the fly or in advance. It also has spells and dice. I don't think it supports Pathfinder or other RPG systems but I have not looked into that yet. Free to use.

Tabletopy is a simplified version of Syrinscape. The web version is free and a paid version with more features is available for Windows.
