Titles have always been a problem with me. So when I latched onto this pattern of implied plurality, I ran with it.
But Low Countries? What do you use? Low? Country? Dutch? There is almost nothing that works.
A Lousy of Low Countries
A Lowery of Low Countries
A Count of Low Countries
A Phlegm of Flemish
