I keep being asked how exactly did I get the our dinning room table out of the way for a game set up. I am setting up for a game next week and I thought I would show how easy it was to move this 100 year old table out of the way. Click on the link and scroll down.

Nice room, the 1st thing I noticed is that your house has interesting windows.

Yeah, that big window in the picture above, I originally wanted to remove it because it was where I wanted to hang some art work. The view is of my neighbors house and the fence between us. But my Wife talked me out of it. In this part of the country it is all about the views of the nearby mountains. They like big modern style windows even if the view is the side of the neighbors house and a fence.

Interesting. I am going to have to come back to your pictures for painting ideas for my AWI skirmish figs. I am particularly interested in the American Riflemen and Native Americans. Thanks for posting.

Very posh. I hope you are able to use if often! Cheers!

I think it was my question, so thanks for posting. I have not seen a dining room table that big that could be compressed to be that small. Plus as others have said your armies and layout are impressive.

Fantastic looking room, puts my basement to shame!

Did you ever look into boards with padded back so you could use your dining table as a pedestal?

I mean, a dining table that breaks down that small is awesome. Imagine a gaming table that could do the same!

Very nice. I love old drop leaf tables. Over the years I've refurbished a few but always wound up selling them--the money spoke too loud.

I want to see where the magic happens--where do you paint and build your models?

Very, very nice Sir! This is why we game with miniatures.
Cheers!

Wonderful piece of furniture.

And the figures are OK, too.
