I also am disappointed by the lack of Battlefront Early War French Vehicles. However recently I discovered a range of 1/100 early way French vehicles made by Zedrano in Russia. I purchased many from i-modelist.ru. The prices were good and the postal service was also good. Now all I have to do is to make the kits up and paint them. |

Its a shame, they release and then withdraw figures when they aren't in their current focus period. I am trying to get hold of some of their Indian army figures and British 'Mediterranean' troops in shirtsleeves, both of which they have now discontinued. |

I recently bought some Peter Pig French tanks, R-35's and H-39's and they are quite nice. Or, I've bought some resin printed trucks from here and they are beautiful, they have lots of French vehicles: link |

Came here just to post this question. I have the new FOW rulebook and have never played. I guess I bought it before I realized that early war stuff wasn't "current." I'm really not interested in late war. I want to play early war against Poles, French and eventually Soviets – maybe even Soviets vs. Finns. What's a newbie to do? Can you use the old books with the new rules with little fuss? Do I use another rules set? Thanks, Lee |
