The club hires a room in the local Working Men's Club. But for the last 18 months we've been taking it in turns to host remote games played over Zoom. So, "the Internet", but I set the toys up on my games table at home. |

At home or at one of a number of mate's houses. Did game at a club for a while many years ago but we both moved and no local club/venue. I don't drive and public transport is rubbish around here but I can get to some of their houses that way, just no clubs. |

Your or someone's home? Parents uninsulated attic in HS (Bbistering hot in summer, literally freezing cold in winter), friends homes, but for the past 30+ years, mostly my basement. Game Store? only once or twice, back in Medical school;, when there was a great game store a short distance away; now about once a year at the wonderful Portal Game store for ourannual Snappy Nappy Campaign in a Day events. Club Building? Never, not much of a US thing. Library? Not yet, BUT I am very involved in the HMGS Next Gen project, which is using a number of Library sites, so imagine I'll run at least one Library game in 2022. oh, wait; ran a big multiplayer "Lord Kalvan of Otherwhen" game at a Libary about 15 years ago. Work? Uh, no, even when I owned my own medical practice and building with a 2500 square foot basement! School? I run games for students a few times a year at Jared's school, and as part of HMGS Next Gen; we are looking to reach out to more schools. Dorm? Back in college, sure, but mostly we used the cavernous ROTC hangar on campus. Other? Zoom – 30+ games in the past 18 months CONVENTIONS! Running 5 games at Historicon in a few weeks. |
