The site of Srivijaya may finally have been found – by local fishing crews carrying out night-time dives on the Musi River near Palembang on the Indonesian island of Sumatra…

There's a lot of hyperbole in that article, making it hard to sift through the claims to get at the details. But it's still a fascinating bit of history.
