I see them for sale for by fire and sword, but no idea who or what they are. I also have not found them in a list for the swedes. I have the original book and Deluge and cant find a stat line or a write up.

2nd question, why are so many things out of stock? Are they giving up on this line? I sure hope not.

These guys – link ?

Mentioned on link – via Google Translate, in late 1655:

"The safety of Karol Gustaw in Pasłęk was supervised by selected units of heavy reiter, the so-called "Black coats". Superbly armed and trained, they used a pistol as well as a saber with equal skill"

Are they "out of stock' in Poland? I know that the UK store holds limited stock;the US one may be the same. Though as they are looking towards v2, there may be issues I'm not aware of.

Yes those are the ones, I just dont see how they fit in the game. I am guessing one of the books I dont have.

They were Karl X Gustav's bodyguard regiment. I think their history is outlined in their Three Day Battle of Warsaw booklet, but I'm not sure. I have them but have not painted them.

@badger22, it looks like the US guys wargamerus.com
have them in stock. They would probably also be happy to answer questions you don't have the right book. I talked to them recently at a con about Anno Domini 1666 and they said to email with any questions.

I don't know if they are technically distributors or actually a part of the company, but they are very involved with the games, including development and promotion.

My pleasure. I talked to them at the Chicago Toy Soldier Show and they said they would be at Historicon. I emailed them today as I don't see them on the dealer list, but I know they are running events.

I heard back from WargamerUS and they will be at Historicon, sharing space with Winged Hussar Publishing in the dealer hall.
