Victory and defeat for Benedict Arnold" link From the always interesting Journal of the American Revolution. You owe it to yourself to get on their mailing list. I find that the skirmishes and maneuvering before the major battles of the AWI are often more fascinating than the resultant "major battle". Said major battle would be scarcely a footnote in a European war. |
