Perceiving a need for more 28mm sci-fi terrain in my near future, I slapped together a test piece using parts from the Power Plant Construction Set. It ended up looking good enough for the tabletop after I tried out a new color from the local hardware store. Playing with Power (Plant Parts) at the Over the Hill Gaming Blog

There's also a Chemical Plant Construction Set – lots of pipes and liquid storage tanks.
