Great Northern War without too many special rules?

I don't know enough about GNW troop types. What would be the differences between them and ECW types? If not significant, then you can use them as is. There are a reasonable number of variables for units that make it possible to differentiate between units.

We played Poltava using FK&P a couple of weeks ago. Worked well. It is all down to how you define the troop types.
I think they could probably be adapted for a lot of periods beyond the ECW.
