Sorry if this is the wrong place to be asking this, but does anyone know if it is still possible to get these figures? I'm after British Napoleonic Infantry, standing at ease. I did get the French counterparts some 3 years back, seems like Emperor Toad has a few Revolutionary figures for sale but no Brits. The French were certainly nice crisp figures.

I believe Warlords bought them out

The Emperor's Toad's Emporium used to sell them but I see they are not listed anymore.

I have some left over T.A. British Infantry standing at ease from the Kickstarter that I can sell if you are interested.

Tomsurbiton11 Oct 2021 2:29 p.m. PST

Thanks Ironduke, I am interested. How does this work?

IronDuke596 Supporting Member of TMP12 Oct 2021 7:56 a.m. PST

No problem. First off, do you have a Pay Pal Account?
Secondly, as you are not TMP member I can't have a private TMP conversation with you, which would allow you to give me your email address securely.
So, your options are; get a TMP membership for a small donation wait a few days for Bill to action your membership and then discuss things securely via PMs, or post your email address here and I will contact you directly via my email.

But before you do anything, I will list what I have got to see if that is useful to you. All are in the standing at ease pose. The figures are; a command group of 2 flag ensigns, 1 officer and 1 drummer, 27 line company figures in various standing at ease poses and 3 flank company figures.
The figures are $1.50 USD each plus postage. Packing each individually wrapped figure in a small box plus delivery to the post office is free.

Let me know what works for you.

Tomsurbiton12 Oct 2021 7:59 a.m. PST

Yes I have PayPal; I'm in the UK, so if the postage isn't exorbitant then I'm good with it – do you have an idea of what it's likely to be?
I'm happy enough putting my e-mail address on here.

OK, I am in Canada so the postage rate between our countries is reasonable based on packages I have received from the UK. This afternoon, I will pack the figures in a small a box as possible to keep the postage cost as low as possible. Canada Post will need your postal code do do an estimate.

This was a really nice range when it was first shown here but my approach to any new range is not to buy any of what I need until I can buy all of what I need.

This policy evolved the hard way in the 70s when Hinchliffe launched ranges of Napoleonics, got part way through then launched another without completing the previous one. Or they started retooling the range and didn't finish that.

At one point they had four separate Napoleonic ranges on the go: the BN/FN/PN/RN etc code series, the Peninsular NP code series, the Foremost Waterloo range, and a small 30mm range. They were often mutually incompatible and sometimes so even within the same range.

The risk of the Three Armies stuff was that the producer would get partway through and not finish, which seems to be what's happened.

That is such a shame. It got off to a great start and I have a British Guards regt from the standing at ease range.

Thye fir in perfectly well with Perrys or Brigade Games miniatures I found.

By coincidence, I have just finished painting these. They were a nice range and I bought all three battalions in the kick starter.

I just need to add flags to these. Just half the battalion on show. The other half wouldn't fit into my current restricted workspace.

I started a new topic in the Napoleonic marketplace with my British Infantry for sale:

Including Three Armies figures.
