Hello,
Any historical WWII scenarios out there for FoW that can handle 4-6 players? Doesn't mater which version we can work around that.

You could start here. Vehicles and guns are usually sections of 2 real weapons. Russian tanks are platoons of 3.

It wouldn't hurt to check out the gajo miniatures site for scenarios. They have a large collection of FOW scenarios and what they call mega scenarios. I think you will find some for your use. Good luck!

I have adapted scenarios for Panzer Korps to big FoW games. They sell books of scenarios on their site.
