Anyone have a copy of the Burnaby rules?

These are from the B.C. Chapte of the Model Generals' Club back in 1967 to 1969 and likely something to do with Jack Hutchings.

They appeared in The Trumpeter #4 or 5 in 1969 and were included in Domeday Book #6 pages 21-23 if there are any Canadians or old Castle & Crusades members on here.
