a small video by casual for casuals, recommended to me by local "big brother" search engine.

Some highlights:
- plant operates from 1970s, in 2000s the owner invested in metalworking machinery for press-forms manufacture- 150K Eur/pcs.
- Design office has KPI of 30 new models per year
- Reminded me of missiles gyroscopes production on a military site I've seen 30+ years ago, up to dominoes- playing workers.
As long as you know what you're doing, you have plenty of time for gaming. I guess precision of metalworking machinery for model forms of modern days is similar to the one I've seen in 80s for top secret military :)

Zvezda's kits when they first hit the export market were very Eastern European (not in a good way), but their latest kits are actually quite good!

Damon.

Thank you! I love Russia! Many Zvezda 1:72 models in my collection.

Looks like a good place to work.
