I've been looking at new sets of rules for fantsy skirmishes and have found both of these sets. Published by different people but they sound like the same mechanics from what I have read.

Does anyone know if they are the same (maybe one is an updated version of the other) or if they are completely different?

Thanks.

Crom From Matakishi's Tea House

Burning Sands From Angel Barracks

They are not the same but they are very similar and cover the same ground.

The Tea House was always good for Conan adventures.
