  You could try B&B 20mm cavalry in a pinch, several options under the Allanby Wars Range. Not quite spahis but perhaps close enough.link

  No Spahis I know of but here are some great figures. These are sold in the US by Minutemen Toy Soldiers.They are more like 22mmMark
