Interested in 28 to 32mm plastic / resin/ or other miniatures for post apocalyptic scenarios. what are good boardgames. Dont have a lot of money, going together with a couple of buddies. Any help appreciated. J. |

If you've got more time than cash, there was an old yahoo group of people making miniatures out of wooden pegs: link Of course, I can't find any of the pictures now, but that will give you the idea. They would glue on matchsticks or toothpicks for weapons, add on some buttons and other doo-dads for gear. |

Omicron Protocol is a post-apocalyptic game with nice miniatures in about 35mm range. |

If you pick through the Fallout Wasteland Warfare line you can find some really nice, though pricey postapoc figures. Warlord's Judge Dredd Block Gangers are nice too, though a bit more punk. |

Wasteland Warriors from Wiley Games link is a good set of rules for this. Each player only needs five figures. I use card stock to print free buildings that I find on the web. There are also pdf buildings that you can purchase from Wargame Vault. |
