Latest AAR in our Hungary 1848 campaign is here: link This was a very unusual battle – basically a division-scale ambush in which 12,000 Austrians attempting a surprise dawn attack run into 10,000 Hungarians who are entirely ready for them. Furthermore, halfway through the battle, the Austrians learn that a Hungarian force has outflanked them and is threatening their line of retreat. The Austrian mission therefore changes mid-game from "seize a village and river crossing" to "run away!" This is tricky to capture in a wargame scenario but I reckon we managed it.
