What browser are you using? I use MS Edge. I think Chrome should work also. |

It happens sometimes and as WarWizard says trying a different browser sometimes works, although it usually sorts itself out in a day or so. |

Isn't eB now actively banning PP in preference tho their own methods?
SO they've disabled the 'auto' feature I believe, however it may also be AT/AV software, YMMV,
