Has anyone had a chance to see or have any views on the book Romans in South Wales by Karl James Langford?

Looks like this might one title I have to take a chance (or not), since no one seems have read it yet? It is a short book and online reviews are mixed and not that aspiring, unless anyone knows of any more positive reviews?
