I guess this is for anyone trying to assemble or expand an Austrian army.
I really wish 'someone' would issue Hungarian infantry, in tight pants and pointed cuffs, with a head option for line infantry or for Grenzer.
They'd sell by the bucketload..
Any opinions, guys??

Well Hat do Grenzer link or are you thinking 28mm?

Desperate Dan10 Sep 2021 2:51 p.m. PST

Sorry, 28mm.

Hasn't the Nr. 1 maker Perry, yet??
Surely they'll get here. 1809 and all that…

I don't know that Grenzer were 'full' Hungarian dress or just some of them. I'd have thought given their 'status' down the queue they'd have cheaper uniforms.

Perrys make three plastic boxes for Austrians:
- AN 40 Napoleonic Austrian ‘German' Infantry
- AN 80 Napoleonic Austrian ‘German' Cavalry
- AN 100 Napoleonic Austrian (Hungarian) Hussars

No plastic Hungarian infantry so far, though they do cover that subject in their metal range.
