These are from the Fantassin range

Like most of my painting, a unit like this would never have appeared on the battlefield. In reality, the conscripts would have been distributed to different regiments. However, I love the style of these figures and separate units allows easier distinction between regular French infantry and units of more questionable quality

Nicely done, and I would not say impossible or even unlikely in reality. From the summer (or even late spring) of 1813 to the spring of 1814, I doubt the conscript battalions leaving the depots had much more than a thin cadre. Even if someone had time in Saxony, where would you find veteran units to distribute them among?

Nicely done! Love the look of a green unit put together on the march and on the way to battle

Very nice. I don't have any Fantassin miniatures but these look really good.

Cheers,
