I love plastic figs, but all the extra bits can be a bit of a dilemma. How much do you keep?

I keep the heads I've lopped off figures for head swaps.

I save all th parts and I will often put the sprue itself in liquid plastic glue to make a plastic paste.

Of course John, who doesn't?

Bits stripped off the sprue and kept in compartment boxes (sewing/tackle boxes) take up almost no space. Of course I save them all!
