Another head swop done. This figure is armed with a RPG and a AK 47. The original figure on the left next to the kitbashed one.

Bet he works out. He has an RPG, an AK or a Chinese copy, ammo for both….and he can still work up a sprint

A dumb question then. How do you do it? I imagine the heads are not sawn off as you loose so much neck metal. Do you just do what I used to and accept that every item costs you a 22 scalpel blade (time was I had unlimited access, as long as the head nurse in the OR did not notice the stock going down)?

But then the idea of sinking in a pin. I have tried really expensive drill bits, a really slow electric drill, a hand drill, but nothing touches the metal surface. Of course just sticking two flat surfaces together, in metal, with NASA grade adhesive, lasts about five minutes in our postal system. Howzit done?

You did a good job. I just wish they made the figure with that head already on instead of having to do a swop.
