Had a fun and productive week, I really seem to be 'in the groove'. And along the way…

* I learned that wet flock can stain light colors!
* I'll finally be assembling that long-delayed Union artillery piece, now that the long-lost wheel has turned up (amazing how far they can roll!)
* my new brown spray paint won't work as a primer (flakes right off metal!)
* I need to remember to wash plastics before painting them
* A tray of heavy minis precariously balanced will tip over if you take out all the minis from one side (goodness knows where my brain was at!)

Yin and Yang, Mr. Editor. Nothing good comes without trial and travail!

I remembered today that paper models need a reinforcing layer of card behind them or they bulge out when constructed! – even when printed on card!

Thank you, Bill. It is not just me. What a relief!
