Last week I was able to run the Battle for Arnhem Bridge with a couple of friends. We had a brilliant couple of days and fought this battle on the last day.
I designed the scenario and modelled Arnhem. The figures are Adler, vehicles by GHQ, rules are All Hell Let Loose, bridge is scratch built and most of the buildings are by Brigade Models.
I've loaded a video of the game up onto YouTube and you can find more information on the model and game at allhellletloose.co.uk

This is the way to do 6mm. It is all about the terrain.

Very nice – especially the terrain!

How do you top this? Stalingrad next?

This is one of my favorite works of gaming art.

Thanks for the thumbs up guys!

Yellow Admiral I think I have done enough cityscapes for the moment! I am halfway through a Korean War project right now. After that I am not sure but I have a couple of ideas.

That is excellent looking terrain, Charles!

I think I have done enough cityscapes for the moment!… I am not sure but I have a couple of ideas.

Maybe you could try something on a smaller unit scale, like … hmmm IDK perhaps a re-fight of a scene from Band of Brothers? You know, like the battery at Brécourt Manor or some such?

Really Charles, that whole project is magnificent. The attention to detail and historical accuracy defies belief. It is as much a dynamic museum piece as a game board.

Bravo sir!

Looks like it was a pretty good game too. If that even warrants mention after looking at the game board…

Next?

Liberation of Paris.

All those barricades. Various German headquarters in top hotels. Rue de Rivoli. Place de la Concorde and the Panther plus Bizien's Sherman. Place d'Etoile and the M10. Prefecture and the three M4A2s the night before the Liberation. Notre Dame and US 4th Div tanks (George Chakiris the fillum)

Quite a challenge to model mind you…..

Hi Mark, Brécourt Manor, that sounds like an excellent suggestion. I'll look into it straight away!

Deadhead, interesting idea, but I think I'll try something else first.
