I don't know of any ranges specifically intended for the Onin War. When I see modern reconstructions like link (from Ritta Nakanishi's book) I do find myself wondering what figures I'd be able to use. |

I use the Old Glory 28mm range for the Onin War. They are spot on. Sorry, no answer for your 15mm search. |
