If I were to hazard a guess – based on the poses of some of the figures – I would say; heavily converted 1/72? Could be wrong…

I think the guys were using an adapted version of 'Mr Lincoln's War'.

Yes, the figures are all 1/72/20mm. They are from a number of different manufacturers with some conversions.
