Which mechanics and Fire tables for for both artillery and small arms do you think are more accurate?

My battles of EIII I keep statistics on figures. Lost by artillery, small arms or melee, but only playing that have no way to judge how historical.

For instance refighting Zorndorf
Russians- 100 figures lost to small arms
97 figures lost to artillery
58 figures lost to close action
1 gun lost to small arms
59 guns lost to artillery
13 guns lost to close action
Prussians- 57 figures lost to SA
43 figures lost to Art
14 figures lost to CA
33 guns lost to Art
