Andrew Stevenson, who wrote Lightning War – Red Storm, also wrote a set of science fiction rules titled Plasma Storm. If anyone has a copy, please contact me at butlerw (at) comcast (dot) net. thank you

These are listed on the free wargame rules wiki with a download link that leads to the Yahoo group that no longer exists. link
These were written by Andrew Stevenson, who also wrote Lightning War – Red Storm. Unfortunately the rules were not saved when the LWRS group moved to groups.io and the author no longer has a copy. If anyone has a copy please contact the LWRS groups.io at groups.io/g/LWRS or me at butlerw (at) comcast (dot) net so that they can be made available again.
